Can't connect to MJ Files cloud storage

Have been unable to get connection to MJ Files for the past 4 hours. I cannot reliably use Mindjet's cloud storage for my work. I urgently needed data from a map this morning and there's no way I can get connected.

The problem is not limited to log in.
Often a file turns to read-only mode when opened in Files. And after that it is impossible to log in. So the file have to be saved locally,

I'm also unable to edit any online maps. I just started using this for a client yesterday and now can't do what I need to do. I had not, unfortunately, gotten them downloaded. He wanted to look at them online to see if he liked the approach.

This doesn't bode well for my reputation!

A strong whish: report on the current server status and any problems as they occur on your web site. Even the smallest ISP have a status page: "all systems running". It is not customer friendley to let us as customers find and report on your server status.

same issue here... maps open as Read-Only and at the bottom right corner it keeps saying 'Connecting...'
but it never does and so i can't work

hope you can fix it soon...

I ́m able to log in now. But I do not know if I dare to trust Files? Backup on Dropbox?!

I had the same problems on May 27th (last Monday), was able to login from both Windows desktop client and web client but was unable to work on any map (the desktop client indicated that it was unable to load the co-editing engine).

A Mindjet Status page would be great!

Still no public answer in this forum from Mindjet.
I got a response on my support ticket, that Mindjet had noticed server outages, and that it was fixed.
I hope they like the idea of a "cloud service status page"!

I have checked out my map in the office and I could not check in because of this problem. Now I'm at home and my map is no more checked out.. Does all my changes gone away or tomorrow I can upload it somehow from my office computer?

Same here, unfortunately. This is seriously causing me to regret and rethink my decision to use MJ at the office.

I can also confirm that it's back up. Also, FWIW, I had a great experience with a support rep, David Walsh, who called me a few times after I left a voicemail - just to keep me updated.
