I created a video to help you find the misdirected link in the help file

link points to flowchart when It should point to timeline.

Hi Brian,

We are not able to reproduce the issue. Can you please try clearing your Browser cache and cookies and see if that can fix the issue .

sorry, the Help search function still does not work, error message: "Failure, database could not be initialised."

Detlef, which browser are you using? Since the help file is now online, it is dependent on your browser (did some checks in Internet Explorer 11 and Edge and seems to work?

ususally I'm using Firefox 49.02, but it happens the same way with Edge, see attached screen shot.

Thank you for posting the screenshot, Detlef. I now can see that you're using the German version and it looks like there's a bug there in the database as I'm also not able to open it.

As a work around, maybe you could use the English help file from: 
http://onlinehelp.mindjet.com/help/Mindmanager/17/EN/mindmanager_help.htm

Hi Detlef,

I can reproduce the issue in German version and will report to Product team.
In the mean time you can use workaround provided by Mathieu.
