I keep lists of projects with 3 priorities; daily I review the lists to see if anything needs to move from P3 to P1 or such.
I'd like to tag, say, P1 as the target, then review the P3 list - selecting a topic then pressing, say, F8, would move the selected topic into P1 as if I'd copy & pasted it. Would vastly speed up an error-prone process of selecting ~20 items from the 500 in the P3 list and cutting & pasting into P1. One slip as I'm selecting and I'll move everything off the parent topic, or worse lose them entirely during the cut & paste sometimes.
