Moved MyDocs folder, MM continues to create old MyMaps

When I installed Mindjet desktop my Windows 7 MyDocuments folder was located in Partition F.

I moved my maps to partition G and specified the new folder under Mindjet Options | Default document location. The program works fine.

I also moved MyDocuments to partition C. However, every time I open Mindjet it continues to recreate my old My Documents folder in partition F and create a My Maps folder within it.

I've deleted all the maps online (there's nothing checked out now) and rebooted, but STILL Mindjet misbehaves like this. I cannot delete "Old My Documents\My Maps" until I reboot. Even closing MJ doesn't allow me to delete it.

Where the heck is this path located, in the registry? How do I get rid of this?

Hi Brittney,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

After writing I actually went into the registry and manually deleted all references therein to the old My Documents folder. Mindjet was the only app that was still associated with the old folder in my registry; it would be nice if you all provided a fix for those who're not comfortable doing what I did.

Thanks much!
