New forum format issues

Will you be fine-tuning the format of the forum in response to user concerns?

I'm still getting used to the new format, but one thing that is a bit disappointing is that there doesn't appear to be any way to sort topics by product. I know the product is shown in the panel on the right, but this doesn't make it easy to find issues relating to a specific product.

Also, I'm sorry, but I don't see the need for the emoticons.

We are still making formatting changes to the new community. You can sort by product type on the right hand side of the community - you will see a section called Products and Services. When you click on a specific product it will populate with all relevant topics pertaining to that product. I hope this helps!
