However, I have several customers who have their key NOT ACCEPTED.
Ít happens on both MAc and WIndows desktop.
The redeem button for web works most of the time.
They all have to go to support and they are then guided to the little white puppet on the MIndjet.com website. They login with their mindjet ID and then see that there are different keys.
This process should be more customer friendly. Or Mindjet should send the appropriate keys direct in order to avoid dissapointment and frustration.
