I purchased mindjet for i Phone but have not been able to complete installation. Gives me an " unknown error " message upon logging in
I first submitted this request on Dec 31, 2012, and was given a reply with a link to this page, which wasn't included in the reply, and I finally got the link today! In the meantime, I was sent a customer satisfaction survey to respond (practical jokers you guys), and, after acknowledgeing my frustration, I received the said link , today. I have been using Mind Manager for more than 8 years, never with a problem; I have installed it in a previous i Phone I had, without any hassle; however, now I can't buy it for my new iPhone, nor my iPad. something has definitely changed at mind manager or mindjet, I am not sure if it is even the same company; there must have been some obvious change in either ownership and/or leadership (for the worst, needless to say). Now your new "business model" is to charge per month, instead of selling a license as in the past, way to go guys!

Hi Rolando,

Sorry you're having trouble with the Mindjet for iPhone--can you verify that the login credentials you're using on the iPhone work if you enter them on Mindjet Web?

Mindjet for iPhone's minimum requirements are iOS5/iPhone4, which it sounds like your device meets, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to login unless there was an issue with the account credentials themselves.
