New website, new forum, new blog - a communication mess ?

I'm a big fan of mindmapping and Mindjet in particular, and have recently upgraded to MM12 for Windows; I'm also trying the android version.
But I'm really upset about how Mindjet is communicating to their current and prospect customers. New website is a mess, I'm not able to find any information I'd need and doubt that any newcomer would even understand what Mindjet is trying to sell. The new blog posts talk a lot about collaboration (and sports) but there are no linking to products/services offered by mindjet; a corporate blog should support company strategy and always "connect" to their products; I have just deleted the blog from my rss reader.
And what about this forum ? The design and usability are terrible.
What I expect from Mindjet communications ? To help me improve my own usage of Mindmanager and help to disseminate it inside my company, based on real customer stories and success cases (vague posts about collaboration doesn't help me at all).

I could agree more mdalves. This is a step backwards - the old forums were better.

kiwispoon we would like to learn more about what you liked about the old forums. It is helpful feedback as we continue to iterate on our new community.

The forums were laid out by product. It was easy to see new posts. The interface was cleaner, less cluttered.

The new system is not an improvement. It seems to be change for change sake.

Conspire is a word that has negative connotation - is is associated with conspiracy (often a criminal activity) and revolution (which is good or bad depending on which side you are on). Conspire, in my opinion, is a very bizarre name for the new blog.

There is one improvement - Mindjet seem to respond faster in this system.....

When you first come to our community, you are on the home page, but you can filter down to the product of interest at the bottom right of the screen. We are considering moving that higher, so that it is easier to find.

You can also bookmark whichever product that you are interested in and go straight there. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you have noticed that we are responding faster.

I didn't need instructions to understand the old forums. This is not intuitive and it is inconsistent - why don't you use mind maps on this site??
