Not receiving verification emails to set up my account to publish

I have been trying to publish a map since last week but I cannot get past the email verification screen since the verification emails never come. I did fill out and submit the support form last week and have not gotten a response. Please help!

I think the email address has to be the same for all mindjet activities

It is to my knowledge. This is a corporate account. I have not created a Mindjet account previously.

I am trying to do the same now, with a new corporate account. Registered for new account, never received any verification email and when I try to re-register the form just say "invalid sign up"

I found the issue :) - it was the default office 365 spam filter that just spam-deleted the email.
