Not able to create a new project and load a mindjet template today.

I have been facing issuing in accessing Mindjet today where my username/ password was not being accepted. After numerous tries (with the same user name and password) i was able to get in. However after getting into Project Director, it takes forever for the Project Files pane to load. I tried creating a new project, typed the name of the project and tried to navigate to the next step however that did not work either. Please help fix this and please get back to us with a resolution/ support.

Issue still persists hence i will open a support ticket and call you later if i do not get a response.

I encounter this issue sometimes on Google Chrome on Windows and I can solve it by not only clearing the browser cache and cookies, but also clearing the plugin data.
