I've created several maps on my macbook pro (Mindset mind manager v9) and then trough Dropbox sync to my iphone 6 plus (Mindset app) Some of the notes are visible on my iphone but the other half are missing. The files are .mmap. The notes missing are in main and subbranches. Can you please help? I've lost important data for my business on those notes.

This could be related to some limitations in the Mindjet iOS which causes notes with images not to be shown, for example. The information is still there, it's just not displayed.

Thanks, Mathieu.

In addition to images, Notes containing HTML formatted Text or Tables will also not be visible when viewing the Map through our iOS App but the data will be preserved in the file.

I have the problem with missing data too. IPhone 6+ Ios8. I've entered & re-entered the text, but it doesn't save all of it: just the first few steps. Seems to be related to re-arranging the subjects: the phone buzzes whenever I drag a balloon around. Lost information storing locally as well as on the cloud.

If you have backed up your iPhone data in iTunes previously, you can use FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery to recover deleted notes on iPhone.Otherwise, if you find no backups available, it can help to scan your iPhone direct and deep, so that you can take a scan of your iPhone data and preview them one by one.

If you have ever had you iPhone sync with iTunes, then you can get all the notes that you had the last time you had it synced. Connect it to iTunes and then choose restore. Or you can use a restoring software such as iPhone Data Recovery to help you solve the probelm.

The notes are within the mind manager app in the iPhone. The notes are part of the map
