Nowhere to input credentials so cannot log in to MJ Connect

Using IE9 (which I have never had a problem with before) I cannot login to MJ Connect since there is nowhere to put credentials.

If you select "log in" it just refreshes the page whereas previously there was a ribbon that appeared just below the menu this nolonger shows. Ihave also turned off pop up blocker as well but that doesn't help.

I think it is because of the merge of Connect Action and Vision. The loginpage has changed. You should be redirected to:
