Online access - using .v15 run an update and now it show me 'offline' and wants me to connect - not sure I did in the first place though. I try and fill out the details and now have a 30 day trail - get web access but not through my desktop, where all my doc's are. As you can tell I am new to the software and really want to be able to access the documents elsewhere, found the product key... just not sure what to do, do I need a separate account or should it all be linked via install.. seem to be going around in circles - so though I would ask for advice.

Right sry I have got in to the trail account - must have been a problem somewhere logging in, so I guess the question is I own v.15 how do I turn the trail account in to a full - is there somewhere I can add the product code or ...?

As you've mentioned in your first message, the online part of MindManager is a separate account from the license you have bought for the desktop software for Windows. If you want to continue using the online capabilities I'm afraid you should to purchase a separate license for it...
