Opening file with, 'Zip archive processing error: Invalid file format, directory record is not found' on Mindjet 10 for Mac

How to open/reformat to open a file when it says 'Zip archive processing error: Invalid file format, directory record is not found' on Mindjet 10 for Mac?

I tried to change the default font on mindjet, as advised on this forum, by changing the font (to Times New Roman) in 'Notes' and on the bubbles and then going to Format>Set as Default Format.

I subsequently saved the document I was working on and quit mindjet.

I now cannot open that document (or for that matter any other previously saved minjet documents, although I can open a blank document - which I haven't tried saving and reopening yet).

When trying to open a message comes up saying,  'Zip archive processing error: Invalid file format, directory record is not found' 

How can I open/reformat these files to open them - they have very important work that is not saved elsewhere?

Please contact Customer Service directly and give them a copy of your map.  They may be able to restore the map, depending on how it's corrupted.

Is there an email address for Customer Service that I can email directly? as it won't send me a message from your link.

It is also won't let me open any previously saved file that has been created in the past or in the last minute (as soon as a file is saved the the program is closed it has the same error when trying to open the file).

You can send an email to customer.support@mindjet.com.  You will receive a notification that you email was received along with a case number.  Once you receive that email someone should be with you within 24-48 hours.

I see two cases from you.  Someone from our European Support Team should be contacting you tomorrow....  Cases are 319424 and the original one you submitted through the online form is 319421.
