I've tried this on both my Samsung Galaxy Tab and my Samsung Galaxy Nexus (phone). I just registered with Mindjet and then created a todo list using the "Todo List" template on my desktop via the web interface. Now when I try to open this map using either of my mobile devices it crashes MindJet with the error "Unfortunately, Mindjet has stopped". I can open other more basic maps with no problem. This is too bad because I'd really like to take advantage of the extra functionality in the template.

Hi Brendan. Thank you for your inquiry. Does the map that is causing the application to crash include any images, links, attachments, notes, etc?

Thanks for the prompt reply! So I tried a number of things and it seems like what breaks it is using the "Todo Template". I even tried starting a new map with the Todo Template, removing all formating / icons etc. so that it was essentially just one barebones "topic", and it still crashes the app, so something thats being included in the core of the topic seems to conflict with what the app can render.

I have the same problem on my Asus ft300t. My mindmaps include notes and links. Might this be the same problem?

If you could download the application, launch it and press OK you should be able to capture the appropriate crash information.

I downloaded send log but the only options appear to be to send the log via email or save it to my Google drive. When I inspect the generated log it just contains info regarding my current processes. What am I doing wrong?
