Outlook Query - Add Progress automatically

I work with a daily template and there I implemented some Outlook queries, where I synchronize items like calendar entries or email depending on date or a category. Is there any way to add a "function" to some of the queries to synchronize the items AND add automatically a progress button with 0% to these items. Now I have to do this after the synchronization manually. That function would be great

Here's a small piece of Macro code that does the synchronizing of a selected topic and then adds a progress icon to all the sub topics of this topic (the results of the query)

Sub Main
   Dim t As Topic
   Dim currentTopic As Topic

   Set t = ActiveDocument.Selection.PrimaryTopic

   t.BusinessTopic.Refresh()

    For Each currentTopic In t.SubTopics
         currentTopic.Task.Complete = 0.0
    Next
End Sub
