Paying for a mac subscription for years to get upgrades, but where's the new Mac version? Questionable business practice...

I was told by Mindjet tech support that it would be Q1 2016... so, where is it? This is a shady business practice. You should not sell upgrade subscriptions if you have no intention of ever delivering upgrades.

I have switched to a Mac some months and I gave up waiting for a decente Mac version of MindManager;  they will never do it. I have lost both my (own) money and lots of maps developed on Windows that are unusable on my Mac.
It is the second time I feel betrayed by Mindjet; first one was when tried to move to a subscription-only pricing methodology and the response of their users was angry.

I agree! Had been paying for my subscription for the past few years. I feel like my version had been stuck in time. The gap between the Win and Mac version seems to be as a big as a gorge. #fail

The lack of any solid news or evidence of an update for the Mac version is very frustrating. No news, even as new features are dangled with the Mindjet MindMaager 2017 (Windows only version).

I'm having to run a Windows VM just to have multiple maps in one file. How hard is it to add extra pages / workspaces to a file as a feature?

Almost four years now since the last Mac upgrade and we haven't gotten anything concrete.

I share all the frustrations here.  Am I right in thinking that Mindjet had pretty much abandoned the Mac community.  If that is the case, they should make it official and tell us to move on.  While this may not be their intention, but now we all feel like they are here just to suck in our money.
Hope they are reading this thread...

Together with MindManager 2017 for Windows, a new 10.5 MindManager for Mac version was also released:
