When I try to export a map to pdf I get the following message:
"MindManager.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This applications failed to start because xccdx30.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this"
I had no problem with this in Mindmanger 2012 until Mindjet 11 was installed, now the same error occurs in both versions.
Are there any suggestions to fix this aprt froma full re-install?

Probably best to create a support ticket on the website. The team may have run into this in the past. Was it working before and it just stopped? Or was it never working? If it just stopped working, had you installed any new software?

The only new software installed was the upgrade to Mindjet 11 - the export worked fine before then in Mindmanager 2012.
I'll raise a support ticket
Thanks

How do you raise a support ticket?
I've checked on the website and can't seem to find anywhere to raise this.

Seems like the Mindjet PDF printer (PDF-X Change) has some issues with a missing library, this also explains why you now have issues in Mindjet 11 *and* MindManager 2012 as they use the same PDF printer.
How to raise a support ticket is indeed a good question. When navigating from http://www.mindjet.com/support/custom... to http://www.mindjet.com/about/contact/ it only seems to provide me with options to contact sales?
In the past I could just e-mail customer.support@mindjet.com , this might still work
In the mean time, you might work around the problem using a free PDF printen like CutePDF Writer: http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutep...

Mathieu - thank you, that explains it.
I've eventually worked out how to raise a ticket - follow the customer support link, you'll eventually find a world map, click on your country, hit email customer support and fill out the form. It's pretty well buried in the site.
I'll try emailing directly as well

This is the solution which Mindjet Support suggested - it worked for me.
The component “xccdx30.dll” is part of the Mindjet installed program PDF-Xchange 3, that allows you to export the Map to PDF.
Applies to: MindManager Pro 7, 8, 9 and 2012, Mindjet 11
Resolution:
As workaround please reinstall the PDF-XChange Software.
1. Close all applications
2. Uninstall PDF-XChange via the windows control panel
3. Install PDF-XChange via the setup file PDFX3SA_sm.exe which you will find in the MindManager program directory:
Vista/ XP users:
C:\Program Files\Mindjet\MindManager 10 (or 7, 8, 9, 11 - depending on your version)
Windows 7:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mindjet\MindManager 10 (or 7, 8, 9, 11 - depending on your version)
Once you have navigated to the MindManager directory in Program Files and double-click the file PDFX3SA_sm.exe.
This will run the PDF-XChange installer. As a suggestion please reboot your system after doing this.
No license key is required for PDF-XChange.
