Phase/step in a horizontal swim lane chart

I plan to switch from Visio to Mindmanager 16 for creating process charts and my preferred type of charts are horizontal swim lane charts. The only thing missing is the name of each phase/step under the title of the chart. To explain, whenever a process moves horizontally it is moving onto the next step of the process. Lets say that the first vertical row is Planning, next vertical row is Prepping, 3rd row is Execution followed by a row called Follow up. Can I split up the horizontal swim lane map into different phases/steps along the horizontal axis and give them their own title?

Yes, you could do this by hand. The lines and captions in the swimlane template are just relationships and floating topics respectively. So you could add some vertical lines and more floating topics to give them headings. But it will be a lot of work to keep the diagram neat, as you will need to continually resize the swimlanes and milestone columns. A dedicated BPMN tool may be better suited. Alternatively you could consider using fill colours or icons to label swimlanes and milestones.
