Depending on your product.
Export image or use a screen capture tool e.g. Windows Snipping.
Paste in to document.

Export to MSword and tick the appropriate box.

Make a hyperlink to email on the central topic - set the options you wish, click on it and send the email.

If you use a clipboard utility such as Ditto, you can:

1. Select the central topic of a map and copy it. This places several formats on the clipboard, including an image of the map.

2. In Ditto, remove the text formats from the clipboard.

3. Paste from the Ditto clipboard to an application that can receive an image format, such as a word processor or rich email editor.

The regular Windows clipboard does not do this, because most applications will grab the easiest-to-use format, typically the text outline.
