When I try to save my map, choosing only to "export topic notes", most of the times I receive the error Clipboard is empty or not valid.

I see that people have had a similar problem 4 and 3 years ago, and there is no resolution.

I've tested above behavior at my end and I don't see this error that you are reporting.

Hi John,
While this is investigated you could give WordX a try. It is an add-in for MindManager available for versions 14, 15 and 2016 that gives you an alternative Word export with the ability to control what is exported at Topic level rather than document level.

It would be nice if the solution of this issue would be posted here as well. As John pointed out, there are at least two other cases of this issue in this Community and the currently the only solutions listed for these cases are to contact Tech Support.
What is the value of a Customer Community if there's no knowledge flowing back in from Tech Support so people can use this Community as a self-service knowlegde base?
