Since a couple of weeks, it seems that I cannot save anymore in PDF format (not printing with PDF creator, I want a dynamic PDF for the use of coworkers who only have Acrobat reader), it says I am not allowed to create this kind of files, or the map is too big, or their is an incompatibility problem... is their a solution for this problem? Thanks a lot for your help because this function is very good! Some coworkers in my compagny have the same issue, so I ask for all of us, thanks for your answer!
I am using MindManager15 and acrobate reader XI on win7 entreprise

Hi Antoine,

In MindManager 15, go to File>Help and check whether you have the 32-bit or 64-bit build installed. Then install the same bit-rate version of Java here - http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Once installed, the export should work again.

I asked to my computer support service to install this version of Java, but they say I can't migrate to 64bits because the system (win7) is 32bits... is this a problem to you?
Thanks again!

MindManager is a 32 bits version, same as Java and Windows... so what can I do?

A first, I had a very fast answwer, but now I feel like you don't have any solution for that problem, I hope you will fix your program to allow us to use possibilities we don't have in other free programs. Thanks for your answer!

Hi Antoine,

Since your Operating System is 32-bit, you will need to have the 32-bit version of Java installed, which can be found here - https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp#win

Another suggestion is to run MindManager 15 as an Administrator. To do this -

1. Right-click the MindManager 15 shortcut and choose Properties.
2. Go to the Compatibility Tab.
3. In the Privilege Level section, enable 'Run this program as an administrator'.
