Problem creating a project on MJWeb

First time I've used MJWeb, previously used Connect. Tried to create a new project by clicking & double clicking Green + "New Project" button as per Project Director Help. I get a little blue box that says "create new project" but nothing else happens. Have uploaded a map from my mac which is fine so the system at large seems to be working.

Where to next?

The little blue box sounds like the 'help text' that should pop-up when hovering over the New Project button, it seems that the clicking/double clicking is not registered by MJWeb.

Which browser are you using? Are you using a touch-based device?

Thank you for the prompt response Mathieu. Agree with your observation. Using Firefox 25.0.1 on MacBook with Maverick OS X 10.9.1.

OK, I sometimes have some strange behaviour on Mindjet Connect which can be fixed by clearing my browser cache *and* the browser plugin data. Could you try this and see if that helps?

Apologies Matthieu - we got this sorted probably 3 years ago.

I'm a happy camper please close my problem.

Click on your photo on the top right and choose Account Management, then choose the account from the Select Account list and choose Leave Account from the bottom left of the window.

Sơn,

You will need to purchase an account in order to create Projects. Mindjet Reader Accounts (free) have limited functionality and do not include the ability to create Projects.

I have a 30-day trial version and cannot create any project, i.e. I cannot try the product and cannot evaluate if the product suits my needs!

Do you not get the ability to create projects if you have a Mindjet license?
