Hi, I get the following error when trying to export a Map to MS Word. Any ideas on the cause appreciated.
"Mindjet Mindmanager cannot complete Microsoft Word Export process because of the following error: Item with specified name does not exist.". I've tried on two different PC's with two different versions of MindManager installed (v6 and v9).
Thanks
Ed

Hi Ed. Are you using the 32 bit version of Word or 64 bit?

Ed,

You could try OPTi-Word for MindManager. It is an alternative export to the inbuilt MindManager Word export and is available for MindManager versions 7 upwards and Word 2007 / 2010.

You can download a 14 day trial from our website http://www.olympic-limited.co.uk

It might help get you over the problem while its invetsigated.

Hi Ed,

With the add-in installed you should see a new Taskp Pane called OPTi-Word on the right hand side in the Task Pane collection.

Open that and then click the user guide menu icon to get a feel for how the addin works.

Its available for MM7 upwards but make sure you download the correct one for your version of MindManager.

If you need any further help please feel free to email me:

Cheers

Nigel
