Reestablishing hyperlinks after up-loading to connect

All my hyperlinks to files and emails are lost when uploading to connect. What can I do to make these links active again?

What browser are you using when accessing Connect? We recommend using either Firefox or Chrome. Try clearing your browser cache and if the problem persists, please let me know. Thank you!
