reinstall problems MM12, W7 64bit,

Purchased MM12 upgrade in 2011. Have had to reinstall W7 64bit and kept windows.old files on same harddrive.
My profile shows product keys for MM9, so downloaded and installed successfully.
Downloaded MM12 to upgrade over MM9 reinstall.
MM12 looking for product key, but none shown in my profile.
What do I do?

Find email with license key or contact whoever sold you the upgrade. If Mindjet then click Support above.

Thanks, did that. However, as written above, no product key is listed in any emails, or on my MM account profile. I paid for the MM12 product during the pre-release promotion period.
Been using mindjet since MM5, am now finding lack of support v frustrating
