Removing other redundant link solved roll-up frustration ... with one other issue remaining ...

In case you saw it yesterday, I posted a heartfelt problem whereby roll-ups were failing to link correctly.

Here's what the problem was: the source map/topic already had a redundant link back to another file.

By removing that redundant link on the source map, the roll-ups worked perfectly ...

... except for one thing: the formatting of the roll-up/duplicated topics in the destination map are still unstable, i.e. they do not faithfully reproduce the formatting of the source topic.

In the present case, the capital letter in the topic's title on its first centred line blows to a lower-case initial.

This sounds like a small thing, except that (a) it looks sloppy, (b) illiterate and (c) it knocks my colleagues' confidence in the software because there's an unexplained difference between two supposedly identical topics. It's a real issue for a distributed dashboard map too, because the author has to keep correcting the formatting errors every time it refreshes!

So apologies for raising a false alarm on the core roll-up functionality. But I very much hope that the formatting inconsistency issue in roll-ups can be resolved in some way.

With thanks to whomever this may concern!

Best wishes,
