Reset password does not work

Hello,
I wanted to reset my password.
A received the email with the specific URL where I can give a new password.
I opened the URL, wrote in the new password, pressed the "Set new Password" button, but NOTHING happens and I still cannot log in to Connect.
I tired it on Chrome, Firefox and IE but it was the same phenamon in each of them.
Please help!
Otherwise, Connect is a long waited wonderful product and I hope I can get back to it ASAP.

Hello,
I tried it again with an other account and it definitely works with that, but it still does NOT work with my original account: csikos.tamas@luminis.hu
So there might be some unique problem related to my account.
I have important information under this original account so I would love to be able to log in again. Could you please check what went wrong?

Hi buddy, just encounter same problem as you.
new acconut works, but original account reset password does not worked.
my account is guoxu1231@gmail.com
please help to fix this login issue.

actually Mindjet Support provided me a workaround to solve this issue until they fix this error on the site.
This works for me, I hope it can help others:

As mentioned, we are aware of an issue with a resetting passwords on certain Mindjet.com pages.

Please try to reset your password by following these steps:
1. Attempt to sign in to your Mindjet Account using your current credentials here:
https://secure.mindjet.com/WebApp/acc...

2. If you receive an Authentication failed or Password Incorrect message, click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link below the sign in button.

3. Once you input your email address, you will receive an email to complete the password reset process.

4. You can may then access Connect by signing in to your Mind Account using the link in step one, navigate to the 'My Products' tab and click on the 'Go to Mindjet Connect' link.

Ooops...
Maybe you should use the "Forgot password" function anyway (as it was the part of the procedure). I don't know, I just guess.
Or maybe your Connect account was not linked to your Mindjet ID.

it may be the cause, but seems no helpdesk/admin here to escalate this issue.

Hi I am having the same problem and every time I try to log back in I have to reset the password.
I am also having difficulties with my account, I cannot log into account management and all the functions are greyed out - it seems that there is no account associated with my connect account not even me as the owner - are these 2 problems related ? At the moment I cannot use the Connect service !!

I have just got the info from a support team member:

"We have resolved the issue with your Mindjet Account credentials. You should now be able to log in through MindManager 2012 Professional for Windows or through https://Connect.Mindjet.com. "

I tried and it works for me so hopefully it solves your problems too. Good luck! :-)

Hi Tamas,

I need your help with the same issue. I have gone through the steps and successfully been able to log into my mindjet profile, and also change my mindjet password.

however when i go to the http://vision.mindjet.com page, it doesn't recognise my password.

i can't log in!! and when i use the desktop version, it doesn't show any of my files : (

please please help, as soon as you can

Hi Farnaz. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser window and see if that works. I would also recommend trying using Firefox or Chrome. If the problem persists, please let me know. Thank you!

Same problem. Reset password option not works.
Tried with password 32 chars length, 8 too.
Tested in Opera and Firefox.
Few times
Same issue - error and message to contact with admin....
