It is both disappointing and frustrating that I can no longer use Resultsmanager with 2012 due I understand to internal changes in the new product. This great product is essential for people working in multiple maps who need an overview of all these maps.

When is Mindjet going to sort this out? Or is there an alternative product?

I just heard back from Gyronix today that they have NO plans to correct this because they are dependent on an issue in MindManager that MindJet won't fix.

There's always an alternative product, looks like it won't be from Gyronix. If I can't find one, I may make one. I've asked about alternative products on the Gyronix facebook page.

The lack of Resultsmanager functionality, and the fact that Mindjet seem to turned their back on this issue is very dissapointing.

Is there a way in Mindmanager 12 that one can create a single marker index of a set of linked maps? At least that will give a status overview of all linked maps.

@Rudi,

Maybe a bit unexpected, but there is an option available. Ofcourse it may not be exactly what you request, but the functionality comes very close.

If you have ideas or whatever topic in one or more mindmaps, you can sync them with Mindjet -Web- tasks. Place them in the appropraite projects.
Now you have the overview with the status across all maps as if they are linked.
You can even see who is responsible for what topic, idea or task

Since first posting this I got a beta copy of ResultsManager and have been using it for the past 6 months without any problems despite the developers saying that it was prone to crash.

@Neil: Is this a beta copy of RM designed for MM 2012 / Mindjet 11? I got the information from the developer that it is currently not possible for RM to work with Mindjet 11.

Thanks for your feedback.
