Search a topic function in WebExported MindMaps

Hi,
I need the function to search special topics in WebExported Mindmaps.
I'm offering my clients WebExorted Mindmaps (File / Export / as WebExport) of their own data. Some of the Mindmaps will have some hundred links to other files.
If my clients miss some topics, they cannot search this item, because there is no exported "search topic" function. To use the browser "search topics" is not possible, because the browser do not search in the exported data. To change clients browsers program is not possible. It needs to be the MindMap-WebExport to have the search function.
Any idea, how?
Ulf

Hello Ulf

Look for some software that will package a set of web pages into a single executable. These will often index the contents and add a search pane to the exported package. Tools for compiling eBooks might be a good place to start.

Alternatively a conversion through the HTMLHelp studio might be possible, as this will also create a searchable index.

Hi Nick,
thanks, but where do I find this packages or tools for eBook. Do you have a hint for me?
Is the HTMLHelp studio a part of MindMap (Mindjet program 9.2504)?

Where are you living? I'm always interesting in the place, people are living. Maybe I have been there, already. India, Scottland?

Hello Ulf

If you search on Google for "ebook html compiler" (without the quotes) then several products will come up.

HTMLHelp Studio is a Windows component, not part of MindManager.

I am on the west coast of the Isle of Skye in Scotland, close to the world-famous Talisker distillery :)
