send to mindmanager

Send to mindmanager seems to hold the folder that the email is sent from. Challenge is that if you are organising your email in any way as soon as you move it or archive the link in MM breaks. For my use an archive (sending to the standard MS archive folder) and send to mind manager option would be ideal. That way the mail ends up where I want it but can still be followed in a Map. Right now I have to remember to archive it first, then find it and send it to MM and I am really bad at that.

Any suggestions for another mechanism would be appreciated.

There was a thread on this a while back. It seems that the problem occurs if you have an IMAP email account, not POP3: https://community.mindjet.com/mindjet...

I'm using office 365 so it isn't really either of those. It is a shame because I link to a mail in my inbox then after I have filed it the link is broken and the file no longer works. If I remember to file it first I am sure it would be fine, it is just that I often don't remember :-(
