Several maps stuck on 'Loading Map' this morning

Our team is unable to work on several maps stored on Mindjet Files which are stuck on 'Loading Map' in MindManager 15 for Windows, Mindjet Vision (web) and Mindjet 10 for Mac. The strange thing is, some maps are not affected while some maps are.

Anyone else experiencing this?

It's currently morning here (The Netherlands) and this behaviour started somewhere between 10pm-11pm last night

I'm experiencing the same issue. Mindjet need to bring in the consultants... the IT infrastructure simply isn't up to the job and hasn't been for quite a while.

Okay, there seems to be some improvement as one of the maps that was first affected by this issue is now available again. However, we still have a lot of maps stuck and I have to conduct a team meeting using one of the stuck maps :|

I also have this problem with Mindmanager 2016 with a map stored in Mindjet Files
Can we please soon get a FIX=

Same here in UK between users using both versions 15 and the new 2016. 

@Mindjet Problems always occur. Whatever it is, let us know. Keeping us informed increases the trust level and keeping us in the dark the exact opposite.

Why nobody from MindJet does react on this issue? WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WORK! Maybe you do not care but we do! This system seems to be so outdated. I read somewhere that MindManager is “The missing tool in the Office family” so why do you not take care that we could share files true Office 365 (OneDrive)? This would solve so much.

They had the same problem a few months ago. Radio silence as well from Minjet. It took them a few days to solve it and they did not notify their users when the bug was solved.

Stephanie, that problem lasted about a week (more than a few days) :)

So, now maps that were 'unstuck' are now back being stuck on 'Loading'...
Still waiting on a reply from Mindjet via Suport Ticket 00369491that has been open since yesterday

It seems so Mathieu. I did invest in MM because of the ability to collaborate with my team (beside the fact I like the software very much) but this is the part that MM completely fails on. Their “cloud” is absolutely not reliable and every day when I get in my office I hope it works. I am a CEO of an international operating metal working company and because I liked the idea of Project management, Meeting management and all other possibilities to collaborate so much, I decided to introduce the software in our company by myself. I did even train my own team so they would be able to train theirs. We are now working with MM for about 8 months. Since there is so much trouble with files that are not approachable my team members start to use me as a help desk. This is absolutely not acceptable!

I would like to recommend MindJet to first put all your effort into improvement of the system till it is stable and reliable before you start to put in new options. It also would be nice to integrate the software in one application so users do not need to switch between an offline and an online (webbased) application.

Because I do not see any improvements over the last 8 months, we are unfortunately forced to look for other options now...

Got a reply from, Mindjet! The problem is acknowlegded, but there is no ETA for the fix... (see screenshot below)

There is a workaround, which we use in our team: download the map (that's still possible) and store it somewhere else where's it's accesible. However, this removes the concurrent editing features of the map.

Mindjet’s co-editing service which processes our cloud based map collaboration 
function started to have issues yesterday.The issue has our highest level of  attention. 
We do not currently have an ETA for resolution but I will provide updates as 
we have them.

Everything seems to be working okay this week. Sometimes, logging out of Mindjet Files (clearing cache etc) helps to resolve connection issues.
