Share Invitation Emails not recieved from MindJet Connect

I signed up for Mindjet Connect yesterday, created a guest account, attempted to share with my co-workers, sent invites, they haven't received any emails, checked junk and spam folders, nothing. Please help.

we're two people trying to invite à third. but he doesn't get the in invitation. usling Connect free

If the individual you are trying to invite has not checked his junk or spam folders, please have him do so. Try clearing your cache as well as this may help and then resend to the individual. If the problem persists, please let me know. Thank you!
