sharepoint refresh not working correctly

I've linked 11 Action Items from Mindmanager to Sharepoint so that my team can manage their tasks from Sharepoint.  However, the Refresh is not working correctly.  The first problems is: I highlight the Action Item, and the Sharepoint Icon in the Task Menu Bar is greyed out.  To update the item to Sharepoint, I need to right click on each individual Sharepoint link on the Action Item.  While I can update each Action Item correctly, I need to click on each Sharepoint link individually.  Is there a way to update all Sharepoint Items?

The second problem is this: I set the option to Refresh Sharepoint Items on Open.  However, only 1 Action Item updates.  The rest, as stated above, has to be updated individually.

So to restate, how do I update ALL Sharepoint Items in one click?

Thanks!

An add on question: I have several Links on each Action Item.  It appears I have links to the different Task views in Sharepoint.  Is this correct?

Hi David,

Regarding your first question, can you try to manually refresh by using the F5 command?

Regarding the second, can you provide an example of what your queries look like? Screenshot examples will be helpful.

Hi Marian!

Thank you for your reply.  Forgive my tardy response!  Here's what I mean:

http://www.evernote.com/shard/s251/sh/e7c02d0c-c211-4764-913d-9f089324e841/bf83344ab8e6846db6829688d...

Also, I cannot seem to collapse the detail of the Sharepoint box (the one with the ID, etc.).  I go to options, Sharepoint, Collapse (also in screenshot captured above in Evernote Note), yet the boxes still are expanded.  Thoughts?

I should also mention that Mindmanger has completely revolutionized the way I work and think.  Since discovering it, at least 7 people in my office have signed up.  Thanks Mindmanager!

Hi David,

It does appear you have two links on the Topic pointing to SharePoint. Regarding collapsing the SharePoint Item details, try minimizing the Custom Property details for the Topic (the small downward facing arrow to the right of the text).
