Sharing and changing users of shared maps

What am I missing? I am a new user, but I have a map that I am currently sharing with 3 people.

1st-if I click on the users that I'm sharing with, there is a 4th user that is automatically populated into the right hand sharing pane. It won't go away, and as we all know, we can only share with 3 people. So I can't share with the proper 3 people.

2nd-how can I delete current people I've shared with, to share with somebody different? A stakeholder changed, but I can't seem to change my shared users.

Hi Wanda,

You can remove someone's access to a file by right clicking their name in the file access section in the Mindjet Files window.

Can you share the image of the four people that you're referring to?

Wanda, Is Rick the administrator of the account? That would give him access to everything by default.

If you go to the contact management via the desktop, you're correct, it'll open up the web browser.

The way to unshare is the way that I mentioned above.

Go the the File Explorer Window. Go to the folder. Go to the document. On the lower right hand side of the screen, you'll see the File Access list. Right click on a user and unshare it.

No, I am the admin, but I gave Rick "edit" rights in the past.

Ahh, thanks. Follow my steps above and you'll be able to remove the fourth person.
