How do I setup a map to be simultaneously open and edited by several users?
The map is stored on a network drive.
We all have the Enterprise Version 19.1.198 (32-bit)

Johan, you can't do it.  Just like Word, only one person can have the editing rights.  We have same requirement (also on Enterprise) but its not possible.  We are exploring Sharepoint as this is 1) compatible with Enterprise and 2) designed to try and address this.  Even then, you have to check out the document to edit and check back in before someone else can edit it.  But at least it works.  We are having trouble with files shared on a common server where it states you can only open a read only copy (because so-and-so has it open) when so-and-so doesn't haven't it open - very frustrating.

Good luck!

Indeed, This is not possible (anymore). Mindjet has had several facilities over the years but they ware all abandoned because of various reasons. As far as I understand.
Ofcourse we hope and expect Mindjet developers to find a stable and affordable solution for this.

However, If you do a quick analysis of Who uses What part of the mindmap you wish to work on with more people at the same time, you may find that each of them is working on a small part (their subject) in that mindmap.
If so, you can use the right-mouse => send to functionality to split the map into smaller maps where all these individuals can work on. At the main map level, everyone still has the overview and zoomin options even though readonly.

Try this workaround to find out if it works for you.
