I have 4 mindmaps ecah is for a different project. At the start of the day I place several GREEN ARROWS on the tasks I will complete on EACH of the 4 mindmaps. How can I see all the GREEN ARROW tasks in ONE mindmap where I can do further analysis on the GREEN ARROW tasks to decide the order I will carry out the tasks?

You can get a snap shot view by
Creating a parent map which has links to all the project maps:
Create new map and drag the project maps from Windows File Explorer to the parent map.
Opening parent map
View Ribbon > Linked Maps
Set the required level
Select All
Combine All
This creates a new map. Editing or annotating this does not affect the originals.
You can use the Power Filter to show only the green arrow topics.

The answer provided by Andrew was very good. One point of detail for future design : Any changes made in the combine single mindmap should either be automatically updates on the orginal map or the user asked to confirm each update or no update to be made to the original linked map.

Hello Andrew
I could not see the + button you mentioned below the initial comment. I have clicked the LIKE icon. Not sure if this has the same effect.

I just tried that add-in i posted previously and it works very well, pulls in icons text etc... you just set up a link to the map and topic , and hit refresh.
You can even configure what it pulls in...
it would be great for a dashboard!
i couldn't make it work with Connect yet, but that may be because i don't have Connect business.

the issue with the Addin i mentioned, Map linker, is that it will corrupt the Map if you use the "roll up task Information to Here" feature in the Task manager...
I reported it to the author.. i will let you know

The add ins for MindManager 2012 Windows and it's predecessors only work for the PC desktop application. They do not work for Mac or Connect.
