Browser cashe is most probable the culprit . Depending on the broswer get the client to clear their cashe and thne try the HTML export again .  In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If this doesn't work, follow the appropriate instructions below. If you don't see instructions below for your specific version or browser, search your browser's Helpmenu for "clear cache". If you're unsure what browser version you're using, from the Help menu or your browser's menu, select About [browser name]. In Internet Explorer and Firefox, if you don't see the menu bar, press Alt.

Jim, it depends... what's happening? Do they see a blank page or is the page stuck at the MindManager logo?

I have seen this as well, but was patient and... yes it does come after a while ;-) It happens sometimes when a map is pretty large and/or has attachments.

Thanks, @Ary - I don't think it is the same problem here.  (I tried - waited for 4 hours, but still no luck.)  If it works, it normally works quite quickly (4 seconds for a large map), but the problem is that it is not predictable in when it will work and when not.

I understand this happens when you create/export a HTML5 file

Could you use the PUBLISH function as an alternative? The file than resides on a mindjet server in Europe or USA, whatever is prefered.

Thanks, @Ary!  That worked a charm.  Appreciate the option - I didn't even think about that.

(I wish the HTML export would work as well, though...)

And you should look at the advanced options as well.
You can change the mindmanager logo into your own.
And decide to use password protection.
