Trying to help employees to understand how to take care of their personalities and to their moods. Trying to give them some positive altitudes motivations to take care of their mood to be able to clarify and decode the huge chaos that might appear occur in our days. After hard working days, and getting back home. Taking a good hot shower can really help to relax.

I heard once from some time, that in Japan they allow during the working day and working hours, for employees who feel with any headaches or didn't slept well - to allow them taking a nap at work of duration limit of 2 hours in the middle of the day. The purpose to this, is that you will feel fresh and good mood to get back to your work job fresh. So they provided some sort of special rooms sound proof with an alarm clock to actually provide you to go to sleep for 2 hours when you need. As a sort of stress management issue for employees and to enhance their mood for a better productivity effective and efficient behaviour.
