Actually, the screenshots look like Mozilla Firefox on Windows 7? (this is also what May wrote)

If I understand May correctly, she is already using the apps on her iPad 3, has synchronisation issues and is unable to view the maps created on her iPad on Mindjet Web?

I have the ipad app from appstore ARY.
The issue is: i cant see my "ipad maps" in web app (PC). The first problem reported persists, and is the crashing of ipad app when try to solve sync conflicts.

There might be some workarounds here, until the syncing issues in your account are resolved. However, these workarounds will make you lose any unsynced changes.

You could try to move the map from the Mindjet server to the local storage of your iPad and then choose to e-mail the file to yourself or store the map on Dropbox or Box. This way, you might be able to retrieve some of the information of your map.

Also, and this is a long shot, you might want to try to sign out of Mindjet Connect on the iPad app. This might clear any local caching in the iPad app, but will also make you lose any unsynced changes. Singing out and in of Mindjet Connect does fix these kind of issues on desktop apps.

If you need any help with moving the file or signing out, please leave a reply here.

Hi Mathieu
Finally I solved my problem, by myself, with ur help.
I did log out from mindjet connect and moved all my maps to Dropbox...voilĂ !!!!
Sinc problems dissapear!, i can see my maps in my PC (web app)!, can edit my maps on ipad!.....
Conclusion: DO NOT USE mindjet sotrage sevice for manage ur maps. Dropbox works much better. Now i'm working with the apps (ipad 'n web), paradoxically none with Mindjet Connect.
Thanks a lot for ur help,
(someone can tell me where is MINDJET support???)

Great to hear May!

I use several cloud sync services (Dropbox, Box, Mindet Files) and they all have these kind of issues... it just takes time to get to know what works and what doesn't and Mindjet Files is relatively new to this field.
