Greetings!

Is there a way to show duration task duration in calendar days?
My client requested to show calendar duration instead of workdays.

Thank you.

I think you could educate your client a bit.
My guess is that he ( and you) will be better off if you teach him how to read a Gantt chart
A Gannt chart has the calender info.
You could use that to show the consequences of his scope creep.

Usually public holidays or not excluded in a project.
Is this different in other parts of the world?

If they are added under calendar options then public holidays are obviously excluded from MM's calculation of project duration. Unfortunately my simple formula can't account for this in calculating calendar days, as it assumes every work week has a standard number of five work days.

This reminds me that I forgot to mention that the formula has to be adjusted if there is a different number of work days, for example, if the organisation works only a four-day-week.

4-days ist possible. Deactivate a day in the task calendar.

Is you export the task list to excel you can exclude public holidays from the calculation. I did this for a special client's project

Agreed, but my point was that if you adjust the MM calendar then you have to change my simple formula for counting calendar days from [CalendarDays]=Duration/5x7 to [CalendarDays]=Duration/4x7.
