Since MM10 did not work anymore due to a macOS update, I surrendered and ordered the upgrade to MM11 (using the discount Mindjet gave for this). Now MM11 kinda works, but shows terrible rendering problems, especially if you scroll through the map. The map gets completely distorted, I only see parts of the branches, and I have no clue where to click to expand a branch.
This is an absolute blocker, and I have no clue why Mindjet is not fixing this ASAP. It really seems as if there was no quality control in place at all. How could this not be detected, it is so obvious. I am using a standard MacBook Pro 2015 on a standard High Sierra OS.
The overall customer experience I got from this is very frustrating, giving that I had to pay for this upgrade to even be able to use my maps. I am a mind-mapping addict, so I could not wait for the bugfix (which is available now, but initially they said they won't fix the problem for MM10 at all).
Guys, if your quality control keeps its "quality" as it is right now, I will consider switching to the competition. This is driving me nuts. (I could also mention Mind Manager on iPad, which is a pure disaster IMHO).
