Everytime I select an item in the matrix is just around. I cannot select the item I want. It will select another random item. When will this be fixed. I really need to use this tool at my client.

Hi Edgartt. Could you please let me know the steps that you are taking when using the Analysis View? Any additional information would be extremely helpful to best assist you. Thanks!

This product is extremely flawed. I have not been able to make it work since it was introduced. If you add a topic to the view, you can not delete it. There is now way to do it.

Awhile ago, in a tutorial that I can not find since you changed your website, had a delete button. I never had one. Talk to support about a year ago, and they were surprised I did not have one.

Anyway, suggest taking the option out of the ribbon until you fix it.

Deleting a topic from the "Unsorted Topics" list in an Analysis View is done by selecting it, then clicking the "-" button at the top right of the list. To delete a topic from the 2x2 matrix, click on it to select it in the matrix, then press the Delete key on your keyboard. Do either or both of these steps fail?

There was an issue in MindManager 2012 where selecting a topic in the 2x2 matrix would cause it to jump to an offset position, making it less easy to drag and drop. This now works properly in Mindjet 11. Was this what you were experiencing?

Ok! So one of the main reasons I purchased the 2012 upgrade was for the 2x2 analysis feature. And now you want me to pay for the upgrade to make it work???? This is piss poor. You touted this as a marquis feature. I am a consultant so the 2x2 analysis was a huge deal to me. I've been huge supporter of this product first purchase was on 9/25/2008 @ 10:38 AM. This is first time I have ever had an issue. But this is shady...

Hello Edgartt

I would recommend downloading a trial of Mindjet 11 to positively confirm that the issue you experienced with MindManager 2012 is indeed fixed in Mindjet 11. The symptoms you described were not a well known problem, so the issue I mentioned might or might not have been related. If the issue you saw is not fixed in Mindjet 11, then paying for an upgrade will not help. If it is, then you could try contacting your Mindjet rep to see if they can help, especially if you purchased MindManager 2012 recently.

As a matter of fact there are pc's and laptops that don't have it in them to do 2x2 analysis. -It is a magical feature for consultants-

I have two laptops with XP installed
On one 2x2 works, on the other it does not.

My colleague has a laptop with Windows 7 everything works, She has one with XP it all works.

If I try 2x2 analysis in Mindjet 11 on the laptop with XP that failed before, it still does funny things.
If I install mindjet 11 on the other XP laptop it all works as expected.

So In my case I am pissed at Microsoft, or at least at the person who installed XP on my laptop's (Which would be me, myself)

Other users (including Esther) have reported that turning off the Aero desktop will solve some misbehaviour by the 2x2 analysis. So this is always worth trying. But I think the 2x2 analysis relies on the display driver card supporting OpenGL, so I guess there could be variations in that support in different display cards.
