I heavily rely on Flying Logic software for Theory of Constraint's Thinking Processes (i.e. CRTs, FRTs, Clouds, etc.) Has anyone had success using Mindjet for this?

I too do lots of analysis work and i find that causality, dependency, feedback and flow are difficult or at least slow to represent on mind manager because the map is anchored to the centre point. While I have not used the logic software you have mentioned, from a quick look at its website i would say you are better using that.

Happy to be corrected by anyone else who does similar work as I would love to be able to do soft systems and causal mapping in mind manager as well!

Take a look at Network Builder a MindManager Add In. It allows you to construct other diagram types with MindManager.
