There is an issue syncing between Android devices and mindjet.com

When I first create a map on an Android device, I can open it on mindjet.com. After that, any changes to the map on the Android device, do not get synced to mindjet.com.

The map I see on mindjet.com is an old version of the map I have on my two Android devices (tablet and phone). When I update the map on one of the Android devices, it is automatically updated on the other, however the mindjet.com version is not updated. How can I fix this and refresh the mindjet.com map?

Also, when I create a map on mindjet.com, I can see the name on my Android devices, however if I try to open the map, it crashes the app.

Is there something I am missing in how to refresh maps between devices?

Hello Brittney, the version of the Android app is 3.6. All of the most recent updates are installed.

This is definitely a problem. This thread is 2 years old so it is clear that this issue is not going away? What is the problem and why can it not be fixed?
