I'm using mindmanager for project follow up : making meeting-minutes, creating task lists & project follow up. Are there plans for connecting the mindmaps to a database so the task information gets available over different mindmaps ? (I have 1 mindmap per project and would like to have one tasklist for all projects toghether)
Best regards,

Please click the PRODUCT AND SERVICES > Add a product (top right side column on this screen) - and identify your product. It helps to give relevant advice.

So assuming this is MindManager 2012 but this advice will apply to some earlier versions.

Create tasks in Outlook or SharePoint and add them to the project map,

You can then open a new map and query Outlook or SharePoint for all tasks or this weeks tasks or this person's tasks.

Alternatively: Create the project maps and a master maps which links to all of them. You can drag them from Windows File Explorer to the master map. Then open the Linked Maps view and Combine All. You will now have a new map with all the current project task information in it. You can Power filter this snapshot to see this weeks task, a person's tasks, etc.
