Topic Balloon Size and Formatting

Is there a way to manually format topic balloons to be all the same size regardless of content?

I'd like all my subtopics to be the same size. Right now, longer topic names are creating larger topic balloons. This can be misleading because larger topic balloons creates the sense that the topic is more important or deserves more emphasis over others. This is not the case at all! A longer subtopic name should not receive more emphasis over a shorter name.

Also, I need to insert line breaks in the name of the topic or subtopic. There is no way to manually create a second line within the balloon.

Please help so I don't have to re-create this diagram in another program!

Hi Brooke,

I cannot seem to find a way to pre-define the size of the subtopics, but you can modify the internal padding by using the Format Topics option within the Mindjet/MindManager desktop software. I have inserted leading/trailing spaces to a topic to attain this goal in the past.

As for adding a new line within a topic, will provide you a new line.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the workaround ideas. Can you clarify what command/key will provide a new line within a topic?
