Topic Notes functionality limitations?

I have been using an old (v5) MindManager (Windows) version, and are currently evaluating MM 2012. My hope was that weeknesses in the old version was removed. Additionally I was looking forward to replicating modifications in a map to my iPAD and Samsung Galaxy Note. I am heavily relying on adding Topic Notes in my maps, and combining the mind mapping with content management. Unfortonately it seems that there are some weeknesses in the newest versions.
1) Topic Notes in MM 2012 is automatically changing formatting, that is indenting of text, bullet points etc. Suddenly the topics are automatically changed from previous layout. Is this happening to other users also?
2) The maps when exported to iPAD do not have the way of displaying notes in a right side panel (neither has the Android version). Instead topic notes can be shown in a tiny popup with no formatting. This lack of functionality is disappointing for my intended usage. Are there plans for fixing this?

Thank you for your feedback Svein. I am going to pass this along to our product team so that they can take a look at this and consider your suggestions for future releases.

Yes - disappointing that topic notes appear to get trashed when they are "touched" by the iPad version removing much if not all of the formatting. I have some text in tables followed by plain text; as the tables do not seem to be supported in the iPad version, they got trashed when the text was updated on the iPad. :-(
