Unable to get map data when saving as PDF Mindjet 2016

I have Mindjet 2016 current version and created a basic mmap

I want to save as a PDF to show other people the mmap. When I select Saves As PDF it creates an empty PDF document - what gives?

If I save as other file types e.g. PowerPoint I get the map. Ditto Word.

This is such a basic function and it worked fine in earlier versions

I just tried myself and if you use File=> Share and select Export as Mindjet viewer it creates a clickable PDF.
This works fine for me.

To be sure...I checked another route.
If I use Save As and select the PDF option it does the same

This could depend on the app that's opening the PDF as Mindjet Player PDF files use an embedded Flash file within a PDF and this is not supported by alle PDF readers.

I am using the default pdf viewer in W10 which seems to be the edge browser. I get the same result if I export or save as. I just downloaded latest version of adobe acrobat and this gave me a more helpful message saying flash was not installed. I then checked in advanced settings in the edge browser and flash was enabled. Go figure...

So I hot-footed over to adobe and downloaded the Flash plugin for windows and installed it. This fixed the issue.

Thanks for the help and suggestions.
