Unable to check out files

I wish to checkout and checkin the file available in Mindjet Connect (web). However, the buttons are disabled. I have 2 files (one status is 'idle', another status is '1 users (0 view, 1 edit)' strange, no one is editing it now), both are not able to be checked out. Any idea?
p/s: I used to do this previously with success but not now.

Thank you for your post. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache to see it that helps? Please let me know if the problem persists and I can look into this further for you.

I am using Chrome (18.0.1025.168) and also tried with Internet Explorer (9.0.8112.16421).
By clearing cache can't help though.

I noticed this: The file already shared with other users but all with 'Read-only' access. However I am not sure why my current file always in this status '1 users (0 view, 1 edit)'? Obviously I am the only owner and I am not editing it, not sure why it showing such status now?

Could it be because of this 'hold-by-others' status causing I am not able to check out the file?

Hi, I am using Connect Basic.
I did the checkout for few times previously. Do you mean Connect Basic is having limitation of check out time?

Could you be logged into Connect on another computer? Have you tried accessing Connect on another computer and are you able to check in and check out maps?

Tried login on another computer and access, but with the same problem. I have attached the image of what seeing from the screen.

Can you try to upload another map and see if you can check that one out? If the problem persists, I would then recommend opening a ticket with our support team. You can do this by following this link: https://secure.mindjet.com/support/co....
